Michael Pasquier
Michael Pasquier is Assistant Professor of Religious Studies at Louisiana State University. He received a Ph.D. in American religious history at Florida State University in 2007. He was a Visiting Scholar at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2008-09. He is the author of
Fathers on the Frontier (Oxford University Press 2010), editor of
Gods of the Mississippi (Indiana University Press 2013) and the
Journal of Southern Religion, and co-producer of the documentary film
Water Like Stone: A Portrait of a Louisiana Fishing Village (2013).
