	<description><![CDATA[A very interesting project - however I do wonder about two things, a) the degree of additional pollution cause by the rising tide, the term 'wetlands' sound a bit too cosy and b) the potential exodus from the city well before any increase actually eventuated. Nevertheless, it's still important to conceptually plan for all future possibilities.]]></description>
