	<description><![CDATA[Opening dates are not the relevant criteria. Krens came to the Guggenheim from Williams. Mass Moca was his baby, and its inception preceded that of the Guggenheim and provided the foundation for the thinking behind it. I don't think there's any secret about this. <br />
