From . . . Criminal by Fiona Apple

What I need is a good defense

'Cause I'm feelin' like a criminal

And I need to be redeemed

To the one I've sinned against

Because. . . crowdcrit’s . . . all I ever knew of love

What a difference a day makes.

Tim Cook proved that he is a stand up guy! And the Crowd critique might say Apple is redeemed. Cook said today in a formal Apple apology posted on the company’s web site. “With the launch of our new Maps last week, we fell short on this commitment. We are extremely sorry for the frustration this has caused our customers and we are doing everything we can to make Maps better.”

Thank you, Rob.

Apple ‘apologizes’ for bust!

Yea, I google searched for a formal apology from Apple for the ripping off my “built-in” google maps app with iOS 6 and all I found was an apology from rock star Fiona Apple. Yea, I did the Swiss-Miss fix but it is not the same. As a loyal fan of both companies, I think Apple & Google should have worked out a deal.
