CommentsThanks for the good article. Ironically, there is more local writing about architecture on blogs, on Facebook, in forums like this, on web pages like Archinect, than ever before. There is also a whole lot of publishing. When the critics were "important" there were fewer outlets, hence the voices that were available had more authority. Maybe the loss of authority is gradually emasculating the few remaining voices.
