Dr. Manisha Sharma is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Women’s and Gender Studies in the Department of Sociology at Virginia Tech, where she uses creative mediums, like writing, visuals and design to explore transnational gendered arrangements. She has degrees in Literature and Creative Writing and is a graduate of the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference.
