Masha Safina is a multicultural design and innovation leader, working at the intersection of people-communities-cities. An architect turned strategic designer and educator, Safina’s career experience spans civic design in the public and non-profit sector, innovation work in healthcare, human-centered design, and design of built environments. Safina is passionate about the role of design in elevating the quality of life equitably and inclusively, and is skilled at applying systems thinking to tackle complex, ambiguous problems while balancing a user-centered approach with business impact. She currently serves as Service Design Director at Accenture Song in Chicago, IL.
