Dear Bonnie: Bothered in Brooklyn
Dear Readers,
I love answering your questions, but this week I have a question for you. I have received (and answered) many questions dealing with client relationships, which is one of my favorite subjects, but I would love to hear about another, potentially challenging relationship.
What’s the one thing you wish your boss did differently?
Your answers can be as long or short as you like. This is your moment! Tell it like it is.
I am asking this question selfishly because I always want to be a better boss, but also for all the other bosses out there who may read this. Hopefully, it will help us all realize what we are doing that may be hurting feelings, curtailing creativity, or just interfering with a productive work environment.
I know you want to remain nameless for this particular conversation, so email your answers to [email protected] before next Thursday and we’ll share them anonymously in next week’s column.
