As Director of Programs & Operations at Breakout,she leads immersive, place-based gatherings that center local knowledge, foster deep relationship-building, and cultivate shared purpose. Through the Breakout Foundation, she designs grantmaking initiatives that elevate local leadership, invest in creative ecosystems, and strengthen the communities that shape them.
