Let’s Talk Movie Posters
Lithuanian agency New! created these movie posters for the upcoming drama by Lithuanian director Ignas Jonynas, called The Gambler. The film tells a story of medical workers who gamble on patients’ lives. For them death could mean victory.
Specifically inspired by the aesthetics of world renowed visual magician Saul Bass and his editing work in 1963 Carl Foreman’s film The Visitors, the posters depict the God-playing humans who have different approaches to the macabre game.
The Gambler premeries this week at the San Sebastian International Film Festival.
You can read about the movie and see a trailer here.
