Simon Doonan
Simon Doonan is a true polymath. He’s written seven books, including one that has been produced for TV by the BBC. He’s been a guest star on America’s Top Model, he used to impersonate Queen Elizabeth in public appearances. He’s appeared more than once on The Moth. For decades he’s designed the windows at Barney’s, where his title is creative ambassador at large.
Debbie talks to Simon about his unlikely career and his formula for creative window displays. “Try things that other people aren’t doing and they’ll automatically have some kind of impact.”
