Three Reasons: In the Mood for Love
In the Mood For Love, directed by Wong Kar-wai, is beautiful, sexy, and heartbreaking. Those could have easily been our three reasons, but there were so many compelling things to talk about with this film. The lead actors and the wonderful characters they inhabit had to be called out. The stylish cinematography is magical. I also wanted to share a bit of the captivating narrative as well. If this space offers me the opportunity to have many more than three reasons, I have to add the incredible music, which is filled with longing and just a touch of hope.
Pour yourself a glass of wine and spend a little time in Hong Kong in the sixties.
